I’m Elyse Welles, bestselling author of "Sacred Wild" and the only native Greek Priestess teaching the lost earth priestess arts of the Mediterranean: what I call the path of the Sacred Wild.
Through Seeking Numina, I help spiritual seekers like you reconnect with ancient ways of living in harmony with the land, the elements, and the spirit world.
My lineage traces back to the Melissae and Maenads—earth priestesses of Greece who communed with bee, drum, and earth. I carry forward their rhythms, their rites, and their deep knowing that we are never separate from nature.
I have a masters degree in spiritual studies. I’ve studied at sacred sites like Delphi and Eleusis, and received initiations in the Faery Tradition of witchcraft. I have been published in countless magazines and anthologies and written two books to help others reclaim their own ancestral wisdom.
