Welcome to the Affiliate Program. By applying for and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment

To join the Affiliate Program, you must complete the official application form and be approved by Seeking Numina.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualified sales of Seeking Numina containers and 5% commission on qualified sales of Seeking Numina retreats made through their unique affiliate link. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal (before taxes and payment processing fees). Not all price points are eligible for commissions. Certain internal or alumni-only offers may be excluded from commission payouts.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are paid through the payout method selected in the Kartra affiliate portal: PayPal, Bank Wire, or Check.

• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up-to-date in Kartra.

• Payouts are issued monthly, 30 days after the date of sale, to allow for refund and chargeback periods.

• The minimum payout threshold is $25 USD. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next payout cycle.

4. Tax Documentation

• Affiliates may be required to submit tax documentation (e.g. W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent) through the Kartra affiliate portal.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate tax information and complying with their local tax regulations.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates agree to promote products and services in alignment with Seeking Numina’s values of inclusivity, integrity, and community care. This means: 

• No spamming, misleading claims, or unethical practices.
• No paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms) using “Seeking Numina", “Elyse Welles”, "Red Thread", or “Witch Codes” brand terms.
• Affiliates may use approved graphics, swipe copy, and their personal experiences with Elyse’s teachings in their promotions.
• All promotions must comply with applicable laws, including FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

• If a referred sale is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the affiliate commission for that sale will be reversed.
• Seeking Numina reserves the right to hold commissions on suspicious or fraudulent referrals until the matter is resolved.

7. Relationship of Parties

• Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer/employee relationship.
• Affiliates may not represent themselves as agents of Seeking Numina or make promises beyond the official product or service offering.

8. Termination

• Seeking Numina reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.

• Common reasons for termination include unethical promotion practices, violation of these terms, or reputational harm to Seeking Numina.

• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions under the $25 threshold will be forfeited.

9. Modifications

• Seeking Numina may update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

By submitting the Affiliate Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, 

and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
