Frequently Asked Questions
I've never been to the astral plane, will it work?
It will definitely work! 😊 The astral plane is the place where the spirit realm and our physical realm meet. It's a place where we often go in our dreams because our subconscious is more open than our conscious mind. In the meditation, you will be guided to the astral plane to find your personal waypoint, the entry place to the astral plane that you may surprise yourself and recognize! It's usually a natural landscape. After the reading, I guide you back to the waking world.
Is the astral plane safe?
Yes. We will be going to your personal waypoint, which is within you. Your higher self resides here and will always keep you safe. The container is also blessed and sanctified by the preparations Elyse does before, during, and after the session.
Do you call in deities, spirit guides, or other entities during this experience?
No, this is communion with your Higher Self facilitated by the cards and Elyse. If a deity you do work with comes through (or an ancestor, or a spirit guide) it will be personal for you and only if that is something they know you are comfortable with. Your Higher Self is in control!
Can I have a picture of the cards?
Yes! Simply tell Elyse while on the call that you'd like a picture of the cards, and message her on WhatsApp to recieve it.
What do I do to prepare for this reading?
Set your sacred space. Light a candle, incense, and/or bring your favorite crystals or stones to hold. It is recommened that you join from your altar or ritual space, if you have one. The important thing is the space be non-distracting and safe.
Is this in the Akashic Records?
Not as such; the Akashic Records are accessible on the astral, and sometimes wisdom from them comes into these readings if your guides or mine facilitate it (it's a unique experience for everyone!) but we are not traveling to them as the location. We are going within your personal sacred landscape.
