Where are we staying?
We will be staying in a private retreat villa with exclusive pool access, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Greek mountains. All rooms are located upstairs and feature their own balcony. You’ll receive full accommodation details after booking.
What airport should I fly into?
You should book your flight to Athens International Airport (ATH). Transportation to and from this airport is included in your retreat package.
Are meals included?
Yes! All meals and snacks are included and will be nourishing, local, and crafted to support our spiritual work. Dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated—please let us know in advance.
How physically demanding is this retreat?
This retreat includes moderate physical activity, including stairs, walking on uneven ground, and some uphill hiking at sacred sites.
Please note: The Corycian Cave requires a 1.5-mile uphill walk on a gravel path (and 1.5 miles returning)—please be prepared for this physical activity.
If you're comfortable walking for 20–30 minutes at a time on natural terrain, you’ll be well prepared.
