We will move through land and legend, walking in ritual, bathing in healing waters, and communing with the oracles and spirits who still whisper beneath the surface.

Where You’ll Stay
Our home base is a private villa nestled in the mountains of Central Greece and overlooking the Evian Gulf. This is said to be the birthplace of the nereids, the sea nymphs. We experience their medicine every day of the retreat.
You’ll feel nourished, held, and supported as we journey each day to receive from the waters.

Minoan Cemetery Beside Atlantis
At one of the most compelling sites of Atlantis connection is a Minoan cemetery on a liminal island only accessible at low tide. We enter ceremony here to connect to the Minoan priestesses of ancient times.

Experience an oracle that removes fears and limiting beliefs, and meet a sister of Persephone and Hekate, the river mother at the birthplace of the Muses.

Ancient Monk Seals Sanctuary
Private boat tour to witness and swim near one of the oldest living seal species in the world, in sacred volcanic waters. Guided by Elyse’s local naturalist contact.

A sacred site that holds space for protection magic and a rage ritual conducted on the hidden shores of the Evian Gulf.

Athena's Hot Springs — Evia Island
A volcanic hot spring created by Hephaestus as a gift of healing. Athena sent wounded warriors here to recover. One of Elyse’s personal places of deep healing.

Where are we staying?
We will be staying in a private retreat villa with exclusive pool access, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Greek mountains. All rooms are located upstairs and feature their own balcony. You’ll receive full accommodation details after booking.
What airport should I fly into?
You should book your flight to Athens International Airport (ATH). Transportation to and from this airport is included in your retreat package.
Are meals included?
Yes! All meals and snacks are included and will be nourishing, local, and crafted to support our spiritual work. Dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated—please let us know in advance.
How physically demanding is this retreat?
The Sacred Waters Retreat is a journey of restoration, ritual, and reverence — not endurance. Our days are spaciously designed to support your nervous system, spark your creativity, and deepen your connection with the land and waters.
Most of our time will be spent in the comfort of our private villa, or gently visiting sacred springs, coastal sanctuaries, and forested rivers.
That said, please note:

The villa and some of the sacred sites include stairs, so a basic level of mobility is recommended.

There are no long hikes or intense physical activities required.

Our visit to Delphi includes a moderate uphill walk on stone paths, as the ancient sanctuary is built along the mountainside. We’ll move slowly, rest as needed, and make space for awe along the way.
